Safe space yoga is trauma sensitive, and focuses on empowerment through education, choice, and safe connection to self. sessions may be individual-focused, and group needs can be accommodated. The approach is gentle, spacious, and inviting.
Workplace yoga and tre (tension releasing exercises) has been shown to reduce employee stress, improve productivity, improve co-worker and management relationships, and decrease back pain.
